The Sprout network tapped into the second screen expertise of the Creative|New Media Team. Creative|New Media developed an interactive companion experience for their new Ruff Ruff, Tweet and Dave children’s show.
The app includes fun activities that introduce young fans to some lovable new friends – the title characters of the show.
When the first episode premieres, kids use the app to play along with each of the 52 unique episodes. Throughout each show, the characters will ask the audience questions and kids at home will use the app to answer and win digital prizes.
To build anticipation for the show and app, the Creative|New Media Team also created three fun web activities for SproutOnline.com
The app is available on Apple and Android phones and tablets, including Sprout’s own custom Android-based Cubby tablet, just for kids.
